The restaurant dining experience at The Buccaneer is infused with the flavors, natural beauty and romance of St. Croix. Breakfast is as light as a fruit plate or as substantial as banana pancakes – all served complimentary with your room rate. Either way, the sea view is magnificient. Lunch is casual at the beach or pool with savory sandwiches, soups and salads. In the evening, island elegance prevails. Classic specialties, often with a tropical twist, may be complemented by the fine wine collection. The lights of Christiansted twinkling below infuse a satisfying sense of place.
The Terrace Restaurant is open for breakfast daily. Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday at The Terrace. The Lounge is open nightly for drinks and for dinner Wednesday through Sunday with a light fare menu. The Mermaid is open daily for lunch and offers dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays. Beauregard's on the Beach offers bar service, lunch and dinner on a varied schedule. Reservations are required for non-hotel guests for all meal periods and dinner reservations are highly recommended for hotel guests. Reservations can be made by calling 340-712-2120.
