The Hibiscus Wedding includes:

• Wedding Coordinator
  Personalized wedding coordinator services to plan and manage your ceremony and on-site events
• Wedding Venue
  Choice of wedding ceremony location at our 18th century Sugar Mill or Beach (Mermaid or Grotto)
• Ceremony Services
  Services of a non-denominational ceremony officiate with choice of vows, including pre-wedding meeting
• Photographer
  One hour of professional photography. Products and add-ons are not included but can be purchased directly through your photographer. Photographers may have minimum photography package requirements that are outside the Buccaneer wedding package.
• Music and Entertainment
  – Ceremony music selections are included
  – Reception DJ is included, preselected
• Flowers and Decor
  – Bouquet and boutonniere, plus two additional attendants’ bouquets and boutonnieres
  – Florist choice floral centerpieces, for up to 5 tables

• Reception
  Reception dinner at The Brass Parrot or Mermaid Restaurant, including hors d’oeuvres, four-hour open bar, sparkling wine toast, and a three-course dinner, including wedding cake

• Your return visit is on us. The Buccaneer will provide a return stay for the couple when the wedding utilizes a minimum of 60 room nights. The return stay will be for the same number of nights and in the same category as paid for your wedding. The stay is not transferable. Buccaneer Beach House restrictions apply.

Hibiscus Wedding Package Price:

Package price of $25,000 for a minimum of 25 people, plus accommodations.

Terms:

• Minimum of 25 people. Extra guests, $250 per adult and children 4-12 years, $55 (using children’s wedding menu)
• Wedding breakfast charges may include an extra per-person charge for non-hotel guests plus gratuity
• 3-night minimum stay requirement. Room block minimum of 30 room nights
• It is required that 50% of wedding guests must be staying at The Buccaneer
