Dining at The Buccaneer captures the flavors and romance of St. Croix, across our three oceanfront restaurants. Guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet featuring an array of local tropical fruits, made-to-order eggs, freshly baked breads and pastries, all with stunning sea views. Lunch is casual with beachside favorites like Caribbean fish tacos and mango avocado salad. Dinner brings island elegance with dishes such as pan-seared mahi-mahi, grilled filet mignon, and coconut curry vegetables, paired with fine wines and views of Christiansted’s twinkling lights.

BEAUREGARD’S ON THE BEACH

Dress Code

In keeping with Buccaneer tradition, we invite you to feel comfortable while dining. During the day, informal resort attire is appropriate, with cover-ups and footwear required in all restaurants. In the evening, collared shirts are required for gentlemen and evening resort attire for women.

Reservations for large parties are required.
